Sales Advisor (Sleaford)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Sales Advisor based at our Sleaford kitchen and bathroom showroom.
We are looking for someone outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident to work as part of a team and under their own initiative. Your key responsibilities will include;
- Offering excellent Customer Service and After Sales support.
- Welcoming customers into the showroom and answering external telephone calls.
- Handling initial requests and dealing with minor issues to support the design team.
- Maintaining our 100% customer satisfaction ethos.
- Inviting clients into the showroom for post Home-Survey presentation of designs and quotation.
- Taking deposits and issuing receipts; ensuring all payments are received and cleared prior to order/delivery.
- Liaising with the Customer Service and After-Sales administration team in to ensure timely processing of orders.
- Supporting the design team in processing orders.

- Excellent written English and verbal communication skills.
This is a Full-time role. The hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday (with 1 hour for lunch) and 8:00am-12:30pm every Saturday (with ½ day off in lieu). However, we may be able to offer some flexibility.
