Emily was great to deal with. Friendly, welcoming and helpful. She willingly broke down the project into two halves so it could be done more affordably and quickly in instalments. She was happy to make alterations to our specifications of ensuite bathroom and quickly rectified issues when a part for our towel rail needed to be upgraded. A pleasure to deal with and we hope to return next year to refit our main bathroom.
Had an excellent experience picking a kitchen with Iain. I thought I would be overwhelmed with it all but he talked through the process in a logical manner making decisions easier than expected. Would highly recommend Turnbulls.

I needed to obtain original build information that the builder did not bother to provide. Jake at Turnbull (Brigg) was absolutely amazing. He trawled through records (without success) and then took the trouble to contact vendors to identify the manufacturer and source the required spares. Other suppliers would probably have just said “sorry, no records”. Jake simply would not give up trying. That’s exemplary service and Turnbull should be very proud of this. Thank you Jake!

Received great service from Jake as I was having trouble choosing the right kitchen for our new build property, with having a certain budget to stick too! Brilliant service from Alan at Turnbull when choosing our worktop. Previously we had used an inept local company who used 9 staff but broke the granite top and had no solution on how to fit a replacement successfully. Alan used Cambrian Granite whose 2 staff had a clear plan to successful fit a quality product. A big thank you to all for a professional success. (Shame on Blyth Marble.)
