Home Delivery Service by Van

Order from our range of building and plumbing materials* either directly with your nearest branch or online and we will deliver to your home.

*Please note: We can only deliver certain products by van due to weight and size restrictions. Larger, heavier products can be delivered by HGV.

Delivery is within 3 working days, subject to stock availability (Monday to Friday only).

What to do:

• Call your nearest Turnbull branch or order online.
• We’ll contact you to confirm your order and your delivery details.
• If there is a longer delivery time for your order due to delays from particular suppliers or transfer of goods between branches, we’ll let you know.  You can, of course, wait for your goods and we’ll keep you informed, or we might be able to offer a suitable substitute.
• If you decide to cancel, we will provide a full refund.

Home Delivery Service by Branches’ HGV Fleet

We deliver heavy and bulky items using our Heavy Goods crane vehicles out of our branches.

Delivery is within 3 working days, subject to stock availability (Monday to Friday only).

What to do:

• Call your nearest Turnbull branch or order online.
• We’ll contact you to confirm your order and your delivery details.
• If there is a longer delivery time for your order due to delays from particular suppliers or transfer of goods between branches, we’ll let you know.  You can, of course, wait for your goods and we’ll keep you informed, or we might be able to offer a suitable substitute.
• We will update you of any change to HGV availability.
• If you decide to cancel, we will provide a full refund.

Delivery is within a 20mile radius of each branch, or at the Manager’s discretion.

Branch Collection Service

We welcome orders from customers who wish to collect from any of our branches.  Order online before 4pm for next day collection.  Our friendly staff are on hand to check up to date stock levels for you prior to placing an order, for added peace of mind.

What to do:

• Call your nearest Turnbull branch or order online
• We’ll contact you when your order is ready to collect
• If there is a longer wait time for your collection order due to delays from particular suppliers or transfer of stock between branches, we’ll let you know. You can, of course, wait for your goods and we’ll keep you informed, or we might be able to offer a suitable substitute.
• If you decide to cancel, we will provide a full refund.
• Please bring a copy of the order with you (paper copy or confirmation email) and Photo ID such as a passport or driving license
