I cannot rate Turnbulls highly enough . Having already had designs and quotes in from other companies, I wandered into the showroom just to look round , and boy am I pleased I did . Wayne introduced himself , I couldn’t give him much of a brief , all I knew was that I wanted a hide and slide oven and an island , not much for him to go on !! A much appreciated cup of tea was brought to me ( one of what was to become many ) thank you Stacey. Wayne and I then sat down to chat about what I would like in the kitchen , other than the above mentioned, my budget , I sort of knew what I didn’t want to spend rather than what I did , again not much help . I was able to give Wayne the kitchen dimensions and the new area to be created after having walls that were to be knocked down , making for an open plan kitchen . We had a really good long chat ,he took me round the show room to give me some ideas on what they had to offer , I was very impressed, lots of choice , but not so many it just left you confused , like some places !! And superb quality , by the time I left there I had already made up my mind that I wanted to work with Wayne , he made me feel relaxed , gave me confidence, not only in him but also in myself for taking on a project of this size on my own. Wayne rang to say the design was done , so I went back and we went through the plans , which I was over the moon with then on to styles , colours etc , one of the most important things Wayne said to me ( when I had the what if questions ) was to remember I was doing this for me and to go for what I wanted , I chose a colour for units then for my island , but kept being drawn to a certain one , which turned out to have a very emotional and personal connection for me , so that’s the one I went with , the project grew legs as they do , new appliances etc etc . I don’t know how many times I went back and forth with questions , mind changes , concerns, but not once did I ever feel I was being a nuisance , nothing was ever to much trouble , if wayne wasn’t about Stacey was always on hand to help , they make a great team . Wayne hadn’t just designed a kitchen and left it at that he was invested in the whole project , designed the new cloakroom as well , really took me out my comfort zone on colours , with Stacey’s reassurance I made my choice . Wayne came out when the fitters were due to arrive and also the worktop measuring . He really did go above and beyond , his advice on so many things from lights , to radiators , paint colours , tradespeople , all this has led to an amazing kitchen and cloakroom , I am over the moon with them . I could write pages on just how happy I am with the help ,advice ,support and sheer brilliance of Wayne and Stacey . I have my dream kitchen and I couldn’t be happier . Fantastic service provided by the Kitchen Team at Turnbull. Special mention to Jess who was extremely helpful and provided us with so many options and once we finally selected what we wanted she was proactive all the way through from unit set out, worktop, appliances and even tiles! Absolutely delighted with how our new kitchen has turned out! Jess is very knowledgeable and her friendly approach was a pleasure to deal with which made the whole process enjoyable. Jess spends a lot of time making sure you get the kitchen you really want and she always makes sure the customer is happy as her approach is that she is always has time for her customers. From the minute we walked into the showroom to getting our kitchen installed Jess was brilliant. Very professional and great product knowledge. Ray the fitter and his team worked methodically and were professional at all times even starting at 7.00am on two mornings to get the job done. the kitchen delivery was on time and no damages. the resultant kitchen is of great quality and just what we asked for. We had a new bathroom suite and accessories from Turnbull at Newark. We had no idea Newark had a kitchen and bathroom showroom, which has since been moved to a purpose built building on the site by the trade counter in Newark. It is stunning and you can see layouts of bathrooms and kitchens and feel the quality. Jack Turner was a great help to us, eager to please and really helpful. He had a good knowledge of the products we wanted and pointed us to better quality or products more suited to what we needed them for. There was a hiccup with the shower design but we soon recified that. Overall, we are happy with the service we received and the quality of the products. Read Less
