Was welcomed on arrival. Very helpful and gave us samples to take away . After we picked the worktop, Jo put everything into place organising templateing and fitting. Lead time was short and so was fitting. Jo was very helpful keeping me up to date with emails and phone calls. Very happy with the outcome.

Outstanding service from Gareth. A brushed brass flush plate I purchased sometime ago tarnished and I wanted to replace it. It could not be found in current catologs, but with the I formation I supplied the vendor was approached and after a few weeks, a identical flush plate was found. Gareth kept me inform throughout the process, I could not ask for better service. Thank you!

Visited the Store in Brigg. Made to feel very welcome, listened to everything I was wanting for my en-suite. It is exactly what we wanted and looks fab. So happy with the service we have now had our kitchen design done. Jake went through everything, nothing was too much trouble, no matter how many times I changed my mind on things. Would absolutely recommend Turnbulls in Brigg. If you can get Jake on the design, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thanks Jake!

Huge thank you to Jacob at Brigg branch for his incredible service. We purchased our kitchen as part of a new build 7 years ago and required some replacements for technical parts and a new worktop oil- the same as we had previously been provided with. Jacob went above & beyond in tracking down suppliers and contacting the specialists after some items had been replaced with new stock and then made sure the new items were delivered to our door! Couldn’t have asked for more!

Brilliant service from Alan at Turnbull when choosing our worktop. Previously we had used an inept local company who used 9 staff but broke the granite top and had no solution on how to fit a replacement successfully. Alan used Cambrian Granite whose 2 staff had a clear plan to successful fit a quality product. A big thank you to all for a professional success. (Shame on Blyth Marble.)

A friend recommended Turnbull’s to us for our new kitchen. We met with Jack who came out to do the kitchen design, had excellent service from the start, during and after the kitchen was installed. Communication with Jack was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. So happy with our choice of kitchen, excellent quality and finish. The new showroom is so well presented with a brilliant layout. We had a new bathroom suite and accessories from Turnbull at Newark. We had no idea Newark had a kitchen and bathroom showroom, which has since been moved to a purpose built building on the site by the trade counter in Newark.
