Kitchen and Bathroom Sales Designer (Horncastle)

We have an exciting opportunity at our Kitchen & Bathroom showroom in Horncastle for a full-time Kitchen & Bathroom Sales Designer. We are looking for someone with design flair, an outgoing personality, enthusiasm and the confidence to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with prospective and existing, trade, retail and development clients at our state of the art showrooms as well as on site.
- Leading initial consultations, design meetings and presentations to showcase your designs after initial consultations lead by you and our sales team.
- Producing quotations using our Quoting system to meet customers’ design requirements whilst considering any relevant budgets and specifications.
- Closing Kitchen and Bathrooms sales, meeting internal individual and team sales targets.
- Initiating ideas to increase sales and customer base.
- Working with our Customer Service and After-Sales administration team to ensure the best possible service and end to end process.
We are looking for someone with:
- Passion, design flair and a desire to help people bring their visions to life. Previous experience is great but not essential; we want the right person to join our expanding team!
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to provide first class customer service
- Strong organisational skills to meet deadlines and customer expectations as well being able to effectively manage your own workload and use your initiative.
- The ability to sell to our vast range of customers
- The ability to form positive relationships with colleagues and our customers to build long standing relationships.
This is a full-time role; hours of work will be 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday (with 1 hour for lunch) and 8:00am-12:30pm every Saturday (with ½ day off in lieu).
