Rewards Promotion – FAQs

1. What is the Rewards Promotion?

The Rewards Promotion allows you to earn credit for money spent by you with us. This credit is available to spend on Love2Shop vouchers, Amazon vouchers and/or Virgin products.

2. How do I get involved & register?

There are two ways to register. The best way is to login to your online account at www.turnbull.co.uk, go to the ‘My Account’ page, and click on the ‘Enrol’ button under the ‘Rewards’ heading. Alternatively, you can go to www.turnbull.co.uk/rewards/ and fill in the sign-up form on this page. If you are unable to access your online account, then a member of staff can enrol you once we have your written permission.

3. Who is eligible to be involved in the Rewards Promotion?

Only bona-fide Credit/Cash Trade account customers are eligible to register for the Rewards Promotion. The Rewards Promotion is not available to Project accounts, Schools, Public Sector/Government bodies, or retail cash customers.

4. How do I earn my Rewards Promotion credit?

Each quarter, we will notify you (either by posting/emailing a brochure to you or making the brochure available on www.turnbull.co.uk) of products included within our quarterly Rewards Promotion. Each time you purchase one of those products within the time period stated in the brochure, you will have the amount of credit set out in the brochure added to your Rewards Account.

Loyalty Rewards Fund

During the period set out in paragraph 4 (or, if you enrol in the Rewards Programme part-way through, that period from the date you enrolled to the end of the promotion), we will add 15 pence to your Rewards Account balance for every £125 (ex VAT) that you spend with us via your trade account.

Special offers

We may also notify you by email/text of special offers, where you can earn additional Rewards Promotion credit from time to time.

5. Can I see how much money is in my Rewards Promotion account?

Yes, login to your online account at www.turnbull.co.uk  at any time to view your Rewards balance. On this page you will see your Rewards Balance broken down into Rewards Earned, Rewards Paid For, and Available to Claim. Definitions of these terms are here:

The ‘Rewards Earned’ figure is the total Rewards you’ve earned from enrolment date to the date specified. This includes goods which have been ordered but not paid for.

The ‘Rewards Paid For’ figure is the total cleared rewards balance from enrolment date to the date specified. This figure will usually be less than the ‘Rewards Earned’ figure as it states the balance available based on invoices paid for by the date specified.

The ‘Total Redemptions Made’ figure is a total of any previous reward redemptions you’ve made during the promotional period.

The ‘Available to Claim’ figure is the Reward Amount in your account, less any previous redemptions made, and is the amount in your Rewards account available to be redeemed.

6. How do I redeem my Rewards Promotion credit?

You can log in to your online account at www.turnbull.co.uk, where, if registered on the scheme, you will see your Rewards Balance information. Your ‘Rewards Available to Claim’ displays the available funds you have available to redeem against an e-gift card. To Redeem, click ‘Redeem’ and choose the type of reward voucher and the amount you would like to redeem. You will receive an email confirmation of your request. 7. What is the minimum amount I can redeem?

The minimum redemption value is £20.

8. Is there an end date/expiry date for my Rewards Promotion credit?

Once you have redeemed your Rewards Promotion credit, the voucher or experience acquired will have its own expiry date and/or other terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to review and understand the terms and conditions of the relevant provider.

No refund or change will be given for any Rewards Promotion credit balance not used (including balances of less than £20 which cannot be redeemed).

9. Can I redeem the Rewards Promotion credit for cash?

Rewards Promotion credit cannot be redeemed for cash, nor for credit on any products or services offered by us.

10. Who do I go to if I have an issue with my voucher or experience?

You must address any issues or complaints to the provider of the voucher or experience, in accordance with that provider’s terms and conditions.
