The Ancon Staifix HRT4 275mm Wall Tie is designed for cavities between 126 to 150mm in external walls and 50 to 100mm in internal separating (party) walls. Independently tested, it has a measured dynamic stiffness of less than 4.8MN/m³ at a standard spacing of 2.5 ties/m², making it suitable for use in new build attached dwellings where robust sound insulation is required. UKCA and CE marked, and compliant with NHBC standards, the HRT4 can be used with all approved robust details for cavity masonry separating walls, whether constructed with traditional or thin joint blockwork, eliminating the need for pre completion sound testing.
